To unsubscribe your current email address, send an empty email message to SYMPA@LISTS.ILLINOIS.EDU, with UNSUBSCRIBE SS-L as its Subject.
Note: In the more complicated case where your email address has changed and you can no longer send messages from it (but you are still receiving messages forwarded from it), you can unsubscribe the old address in a two-step process. First, send an empty email message to SYMPA@LISTS.ILLINOIS.EDU, with UNSUBSCRIBE SS-L YourOldEmailAddress@youroldhost as its Subject. You will receive a confirmation request email as a result of this first step. Second step is to take the action requested in the confirmation request message.
